Although there are plenty of burner suppliers, only few of them concentrate on the installation and commissioning stages. Actually, it is one of the most important and effective steps which may influence the results of designers, and manufacturers, etc.). We should all remember that a simple mistake in the commissioning process can result in unpredictable consequences. That is why we always prefer to handle this step by skilled personnel who are not only knowledgeable but also have already been trained in relevant installation courses. A perfect and complete installation that follows the manufacturer regulations thoroughly, can significantly increase the product lifespan, efficiency and safety. The photos attached below are parts of a training course which was held for CIS customers, collaborators and trainees. The most highlighted headings of the course were as follows: reviewing the burner mechanics, structure and equipment – investigating the installation prerequisites before installing the burner on the boiler or any heat exchanger. Fuel trains and relevant standards, safety and adjustments – Dealing with the most intelligent and well-known electronic modular burner controllers: philosophy of modular control, parameters adjustments, Air/Fuel ratio curves, accessories adjustment, error codes etc. – Part replacement. I would like to appreciate the supportive cooperation of the burner laboratory manager and the team for organizing, instructing and handling the whole process.
