Raadman Ultra Low NOx burners are available in Premixed and Post-mixed designs, providing flexible solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.

Premixed models (150 kW–4 MW) mix air and fuel completely through the fan, with the burner body and motor specially engineered to support this process. This ensures uniform flames, high combustion efficiency, and reliable operation across varying loads.

Post-mixed models (500 kW–4 MW) feature Raadman’s patented Post mixed technology, in which air and fuel are mixed after the fan. This design delivers the same high performance and stable combustion as Premixed models, without requiring specialized burner body or motor engineering.

In both Premixed and Post-mixed designs, air and fuel are fully homogenized before reaching the metal fiber combustion head, ensuring safe ignition, stable flame, and highly efficient combustion, which is essential for reducing NOx emissions.
