In today’s world, energy conservation reducing environmental pollution are top priorities across various industrial sectors. Burners, as the central components of industrial furnaces and boilers,
RLGB, RGB/LN Series or RAADMAN Low Nox burners, covering a firing range from 190 to 10500 kW, are designed for a wide range of domestic and industrial applications. These burners have been tested and evaluated based on Iran’s national standard ISIRI-7595 (DIN-EN 676) and ISIRI-7594 (DIN-EN 267) for gas and oil operation respectively. According to performed experiments, the values of CO even in low excess air operations lower than 30 mg/kWh (in some cases near Zero). Thanks to the precise design of the combustion head and the advantages of FGR systems, the burners’ NOx class of III (generally lower than 80 mg/kWh and individually lower than 40 mg/ kWh) have been reported and approved. Superior design accompanied by high-quality electronic devices has also resulted in a further improvement in the boiler’s efficiency and performance in order to decrease fuel cost and emissions.
