Raadman Industrial Group recently conducted a successful training session on the operation of a boiler room equipped with the AutoFlame MK8 comprehensive burner and boiler control system, alongside the AutoFlame EGA combustion product analysis sensor and the AutoFlame DTI control system. The boiler room houses two boilers, each equipped with level controls, bottom blowdown, TDS, EGA, and feedwater regulation via a three-way valve. Additionally, it is fitted with two burners, both controlled by AutoFlame Controllers. The entire boiler room system is monitored and managed through a DTI located in the control room.
The training took place at the project site, where the raadman team presented a certificate to the expert from Packman’s after-sales service department.
The Raadman team proudly presented Mohammad Naji with a certificate in recognition of his commitment and involvement. Raadman team wishes Mohammad continued success in his professional journey and looks forward to witnessing his future achievements.
Background on Intelligent Boiler Rooms and Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems:
An intelligent boiler room uses advanced technologies to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety. These systems integrate various components, such as automated controls, real-time monitoring, and data analysis to efficient operations, and reduce energy consumption. The integration of intelligent systems helps operators monitor and adjust critical parameters, including air-to-fuel ratios and combustion efficiency, ensuring reduced emissions and lower operational costs.
The Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), such as the AutoFlame EGA, plays a vital role in environmental protection. This system continuously measures and monitors the levels of harmful gases emitted during combustion, including carbon dioxide (CO₂), nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), and carbon monoxide (CO). By providing real-time data on emissions, CEMS helps ensure compliance with environmental regulations and supports the reduction of harmful pollutants in industrial operations. This data is critical for operators to optimize combustion processes and reduce emissions, enhancing both efficiency and sustainability.
Raadman Industrial Group remains committed to advancing industry standards through continuous training and the integration of cutting-edge technologies in industrial heating systems.
