Raadman Control Panels (RCPs) consist of three parts: the power circuit, the control circuit, and the motor starter. The RCP is equipped with an Autoflame MK8 controller, which has the capability to control the boiler and burner simultaneously. The user interface of this control panel features a 12.1-inch multi-touch screen.
The capabilities of this control panel are as follows: combustion control, water level control, top blowdown, bottom blowdown, draught control, direct Modbus connectivity, First-Out Annunciation, fully metered cross-limiting control, steam flow and water flow metering.
This panel also includes a motor starter that can be connected to the controller. Additionally, the panel has the capability of being connected to the exhaust gas analyzer and the data transfer interface. All safety equipment is fully integrated into this panel.
