PCP panels are manufactured in three standard sizes based on needs and complexity. Packman Control Panels (PCPs) consist of three parts: the power circuit, the control circuit, and the motor starter. The PCP is equipped with Autoflame MK8 controller, which has the capability to control the boiler and burner simultaneously. The user interface of this control panel features a 12.1-inch multi-touch screen.
The capabilities of this control panel are as follows: combustion control, water level control, top blowdown, bottom blowdown, draught control, direct Modbus connectivity, First-Out Annunciation, fully metered cross-limiting control, steam flow and water flow metering.
This panel also includes a motor starter that can be connected to the controller. Additionally, the panel has the capability of being connected to the Packman Exhaust Gas Analyzer (PEGA) and the Packman Data Transfer Interface (PDTI). All safety equipment is fully integrated into this panel.
